CHEF DE PARTIE for 2AAR Country House hotel in Warwickshire. The proprty has maintained its Rosettes for many many years.



There are 30 or 40 covers in the week and around 60 at weekenD plus functions of up to 150.



There is no lunch service except for Sundays but a bar menu is operated at that time.



As chef de partie you will be part of a 9 strong brigade and it is because of staffing levels that this property has maintained its enviable 2AAR status for so long.
