Technical Administrator

The main responsibilities of the role are to provide administrative support to the technical team and to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Key duties include:
Communicating with customers by phone and email
Handling customer queries and requests
Co-ordinating field based engineers? diaries
Ensuring engineers have necessary information and parts for appointments
Maintaining excellent communications internally
Providing quotations for customers
Managing service contracts and customer renewals
Maintaining stock levels
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in a business to business customer focused role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
You will also have excellent written and spoken communication skills, be a flexible and customer focused worker with a positive attitude who is able to us their initiative to solve problems.
To be considered for this role of Technical Administrator you must have a valid driver?s license
