Our Client has group rapidly, now with over 25 Domiciliary care offices across the Midlands and the North of England, this is one of the 4 Healthcare service industries in the portfolio of this PLC brand. They specialise in working the Home Care / Domiciliary Care sector with over 90% of business generated from valuable contracts with Local Authorities.
ROLE
** You will be taking over an established branch. Your role will be to place candidates, into domiciliary care homes, as well as business development and the sourcing and interviewing of candidates. You will already be an experienced Healthcare Manager who can sell service and develop Consultants.
** Business Development will be the key focus
** The branch has a strong client and candidate base and the new Manager will be tasked with maximising on the current opportunities, whilst working with the Consultants to identify new opportunities that will enable the business to rapidly develop.
** There is a huge potential for growth within the branch so you will be a committed individual to drive the business forward.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
** You will have a proven track record in Domiciliary care Recruitment
** Pro-active and sales focused
** Have strong management skills and able to effectively multitask, delegate and communicate at all levels
** Be passionate about service delivery, yet be focused on maximising performance and profitability
** Ideally have a full driving licence
** Able to demonstrate that you can build and develop increasing levels of business utilising your client service skills.
** Able to produce reports and presentations to clients.
** You will have excellent written and verbal communication and be able to liaise with different levels of management.
