This is a red hot desk, the Consultant you are replacing has been running this highly profitable desk for 8 years.

Our client is probably the most established office in Solihull, they have a fantastic reputation with and extensive data base of loyal clients. They have a very loyal team of consultants and back office staff with most of the key employees having over 8 year service. They don't set targets for sales calls, candidates recruited or visits. You will be encouraged to work to a very high standard to maintain and further enhance our client's excellent reputation.





THE ROLE



You will be the lead consultant for permanent roles in the office.

The desk is very well established and the majority of the vacancies are ‘rung in' you will therefore be very experienced in recruiting and matching candidates to client requirements, you will bill very well organised with the ability to multi task and prioritise effectively. You will receive excellent support for the Directors to assist your integration, they is an excellent team spirit.





IDEAL CANDIDATE





**You will be able to demonstrate your previous success as a Commercial Perms Recruitment consultant.

**You will be described as a professional recruiter who offers a thorough consultative service to clients and candidates.

**Be able to quickly pick up and run a very busy desk.

**Be a strong team player who has pace, confidence and energy

**You will ideally have a good knowledge of the Solihull area.
