THE CLIENT
Our client is a specialist, independent IT Recruitment Consultancy based on the outskirts of Birmingham. They are not your typical IT recruitment consultancy with an aggressive sales approach, instead they recruit intelligently and do not micro manage their staff. They have built a strong reputation based on quality and honest service which sees them currently recruit for some of the regions top employers.
THE ROLE
Working on a dual desk you will predominantly recruit for permanent IT positions into various companies, regardless of size. You can also recruit for IT contractors and should you pick up a contractor vacancy you can recruit this yourself without the need to pass it onto another consultant. This is a full 360 degree recruitment role and you will be expected to meet your candidates and clients wherever possible. The company recruit in a very adult related fashion and don't expect you to take to the phones at set hours in the day. It is up to you to make the necessary calls in order to find your candidates employment and ultimately run this business as if it is your own.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Stable history of being a Recruitment Consultant (any sector will be considered)
• A proven track record of success within recruitment
• An excellent Sales ability with the drive and motivation to win new business
• Confident and ambitious, and able to deal with people both face to face and over the telephone
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and sell your candidate if the office is quiet
• Full UK Driving License
