Home Manager Solihull
A position has become available for a Home Manager in Solihull, West Midlands.
The Role:
As the Home Manager you will ensure that the highest possible standards of treatment, care, and support are delivered to our Clients. You will lead, motivate and manage a multi-professional team. You will be responsible for the implementation of clinical governance within the treatment centre and will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
To be considered for this position you must have:
RGN qualification with the relevant experience working in a challenging and developing environment and excellent managerial knowledge.
NVQ 4 & RMA or working towards
Good communication skills with a caring and professional approach to your work.
Excellent knowledge of the CSCI standards.
Package: £32,000 - £36,000 + Other company benefits
