Sales and Marketing Analyst



SCC -Specialist Computer Centres is the UK's leading IT services organisation . Our public sector sales division supplies a comprehensive range of IT products and related services and solutions to all areas of government funded bodies eg Health , Central and local government , Defence and Education.

Our public sector sales division is extremely successful but , is still evolving and we are faced with new challenges within this dynamic environment and , in order to greatly aid the Sales Director and further aid our new business acquisition and customer retention we are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Analyst to undertake the following tasks :



* Identification of trading areas within our customer base .

* To identify where we are not selling

* Identification of NON trading customers

* Identification of transient customers

* Gap analysis ie cusomers not spending their full IT spend with SCC

* Analysis of new trading customers on a monthly basis

* To ensure all key contacts are on our database to allow the correct marketing material to be sent to the correct customer.



The Sales Specialist-Operations will be responsible for all data and will be required to present the factual analysis to sales management concisely and articulately in order for management to direct and focus the sales team accordingly .



In addition to the competitive analysis other responsibilities will include :



* Management of special bids

* Ensuring correct communication is dispersed to the sales team and that it is understood .

* Sales order processing information

* Implementation of a new business take on process/documentation.

* Customer service reviews/surveys



We are looking for candidates who have worked in a fast paced sales /sales administration environment with excellent Excel experience - business/data analysis experience woul be extremely advantageous as would a sales background .
