Quantity Surveyor



Senior Quantity Surveyor - Stratford Upon Avon



A self sufficient Quantity Surveyor is required by our client, a major national contractor, to work on a mixture of sustainable development work.



The successful Quantity Surveyor will command a salary in the region of:

Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

Car allowance/Company car

Health Care

Pension



The Role:

Due to recent project wins a vacancy has arisen with a major national contractor with a regional base in the West Midlands. The vacancy is for a Quantity Surveyor within the education division.



The contract is essentially a design & build contract. It is also part of the sustainable development contracts taking place throughout the UK and my client prides itself at being at the forefront of these schemes



Requirements:

-Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience within construction projects

- This role would be appropriate for a Quantity Surveyor that would be looking to progress to a Senior Quantity Surveyor soon in their career.

-The successful candidate must be able to deal with contractual issues and handle project reporting

- Knowledge of JCT 3 would be advantageous

- BSc or equivalent in an appropriate field is required

-Housing experience is not required
