Imports Clerk



Our client offers a Global Distribution Service whether that be for a Single shipment or complex flows across the world. This Freight Management Company offers the competence to supply and combine freight services, information management and added value into integrated freight solutions.



The core of the companies business is air and sea freight services globally. From small parcels to full containers, Single shipments or complex flows. They can be complex in the sense that they involve multiple destinations and include door-to-door deliveries, customs clearance, cargo insurance and in-transit warehousing services.



We now have a role for an experienced importer to get involved in both air and sea freight imports You will quote, take bookings, input customs entries using the Impatex and ASM system, completing job files, liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas agents, arrange collections and deliveries, assist customers with queries and invoice clients.



We are looking for an air and sea freight imports specialist from a freight forwarding background with knowledge of Customs Procedures / Tariff Headings & Import Documentation.
